I really enjoyed my visit! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the food was excellent—the falafel, in particular, were outstanding. The gyros were well-prepared, but I personally prefer a juicier texture; I'll remember to request that upfront next time. A special shout-out to the employee who was so warm and welcoming and took the time to explain the menu variety so thoroughly.

I’ve tried just about every gyro spot around the metro—Gyropolis, New York Gyro, Shawarma Cart, you name it—and Zaffron has them all beat. The flavor, quality, and consistency are on another level. Highly recommend.

The food was the best we have had from any halal restaurant in MN. It had so much flavor and everything was made perfectly. The food was so fresh and the salad vegetables were perfectly crispy. I was in heaven while I ate. Every bite was amazing. The portion size was perfect. The service was great. They were so helpful and even offered us a taste of their chicken and their sauce. That convinced us right away what to have. This is my new favorite spot. Really, its the best!

Absolutely incredible quality for the price. I have Mediterranean from many restaurants around the world and this one was very special. The baklava is to die for it is homemade! I highly recommend anyone in the area of Edina to come try this out the ambiance is basic but the food makes up for it completely. The chef has been cooking since he was 12 years old with his father in the back kitchen all throughout the United States and Europe! Chef Ari is incredible he won’t disappoint.

AMAZING food! We ave traveled to several middle eastern countries and love a good shwarma or doner. Zaffron has hands down the BEST most flavorful shwarma and doner we have had in the US. The flavor infused in their food is out of this world! 10/10 reccomend. The owner was so kind and welcoming, sharing with us the story of their restaurant in their home country. The recipes are family recipes passed down through the generations and it is evident in every bite.

I’ve been to many restaurants In MN, but I’ve never had such clean and delicious foods. This restaurant is the best choice. Come here, bring your friends and family, and enjoy the tasty food. Another great thing ; it has a spacious and clean environment. Definitely recommend this place. Respectful peple with nice smiles.

We will definitely be back, the food here is crave worthy. We got the shawarma and donair wraps with everything on them and they were packed with meat and veg and so saucy. The falafel were super crispy and very flavorful. The fries were well seasoned but didn't really hold a candle next to the falafel so we'll skip them next time. The service was also great, they were super nice and willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. This place is definitely worth checking out!
